
ABOUT TIKI TREAT
I took over Tiki Treat in 2019 and since then it has been my own family owned and operated business. Tiki Treat operates from a self-contained food trailer equipped with a commercial soft-serve machine, freezers, refrigeration, and NSF-approved prep surfaces. We serve dairy-free, gluten-free Dole Whip soft serve, floats made with pineapple juice or lemonade, and specialty dessert cups such as our Chocolate Grinder. All products are prepped and stored at proper temperatures, dispensed fresh to order, and designed for fast, high-volume service. Our operation is clean, efficient, and focused on safely delivering refreshing, allergy-friendly frozen treats to large festival crowds.
